Canadian Shipping

All products purchased online from the Montreal Alouettes Red Zone are shipped directly from our warehouse in Montreal. Express shipping packages are delivered via Purolator. Please note that we will not deliver packages to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address as your shipping address. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. The Red Zone does not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. The delivery date of your order is subject to (i) when your order leaves our distribution center(please note that there is a 4-5 day processing period); (ii) the delivery location address; (iii) the shipping method selected; and (iv) in stock status. Orders will ship out within approximately 4 to 6 business days (Monday - Friday) from the time it is placed and is subject to change based on order volume. Express shipping is available on most orders. All express shipping orders will be assigned a tracking number and can be easily tracked online via Purolator.com.

Please note that in the event that there is no one present to sign for your order at the provided shipping address, Purolator will leave a pick up slip. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pick up their order from the nearest pick up location designated by Purolator.

The Red Zone shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by Acts of God, perils of the air, authority of law, riots, strikes, civil commotions, or hazards or dangers incident to a state of war. These situations do not allow for a refund. Shipping rates are subject to change. Additional shipping charges may apply for certain locations.

US Shipping & International

Please be aware US and international orders are subject to local taxes, duties and brokerage fees. The Red Zone is not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse customers for abandoned packages. Shipments may take up to four weeks to deliver depending on location. By placing your order with the Red Zone, you are considered the importer of record and as such, you will be responsible to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Red Zone does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Please see the chart below for all shipping rates:

Holiday Shipping

To guarantee delivery of your Red Zone order in time for Christmas, orders must be placed by 11:59 p.m. on December 16th for regular standard shipping.

 

The Red Zone is not responsible for extenuating circumstances causing non-delivery of the package or parcel to the customer. This includes but is not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer;
Not home for the delivery? Our courier will leave a delivery notification card with the Purolator location where you can pick up your parcel. Our courier may attempt a second delivery.

The Montreal Alouettes Red Zone will not accept any returns or exchanges without a proper Merchandise Return Form. All Red Zone products, with the exception of player jerseys, personalized products, special orders, undergarments, swimwear and memorabilia, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. The products must be returned with the original sales receipt, must have original tags still attached, and must be in new and re-sellable condition. Returned items cannot be laundered, worn, broken, damaged or used in any way. All sale purchases are final and not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges are permitted with original sales receipt for current stock items. Exchanges may require additional shipping charges. Original and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If you request an exchange for an item(s), standard shipping and handling rates will apply to the reshipment. The shipping and handling will be based on the value of the reshipment. We are not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking information to ensure delivery of your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.

We accept only one coupon per order. The coupon with the highest value discount will always be applied to your order. Discounts will not be applied to any clearance item that has already been marked down from its original retail price. We do not accept coupons from other retailers, or coupons for products not carried on our Web site.

1.1 How much do you charge for shipping? Do you ship overseas?

The Montreal Alouettes Red Zone offers several different shipping options to its customers, including expedited shipping and international shipping options. Please see the Shipping Information portion of our Customer Service page for more information.

1.2 How do I track my order?

While logged in, click on the My Profile link at the top of this page and then click on the See order history button to view a summary of your orders. Tracking numbers for each order, once shipped, will appear in the right-most column on the page.

1.3 How do I return or exchange an item?

1.4 How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your return to process it. See the Return Policy and Information portion of our Customer Service page for full details.

1.5 Is it secure to enter my credit card information in the Red Zone website?

Yes. The Red Zone online store is equipped with secure online ordering capabilities and your personal information will only ever be used by the Montreal Alouettes and will not be sold or distributed to anyone else.

The security of your credit card information as well as all of your personal information is our top priority. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for safe and secure commerce transactions. This technology encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that they cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

1.8 Is there a Montreal Alouettes Red Zone retail store in Montreal?

At this time, all Red Zone retail stores are located within Percival Molson Stadium and are accessible exclusively to ticket holders at all home games. During the season, doors to the stadium, and access to the Red Zone stores open an hour and a half prior to kick off.

The Montreal Alouettes Red Zone does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

1.14 Is there sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax is charged on orders from the province of the billing address. All taxes are automatically calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process. There is no sales tax on U.S. or International orders.
